To visit Bhutan, all international tourists (except citizens of India, Bangladesh, and the Maldives) must obtain a visa in advance. The visa is processed through a licensed Bhutanese tour operator or their international partners. Visitors must also pay a Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) of USD 100 per person per night, which supports Bhutan’s environmental and cultural preservation. The SDF is already included in our tour packages.

Indian citizens can enter with a valid passport or voter ID and must also pay a reduced SDF of Nu. 1,200 per person per night. All travellers are strongly advised to have travel insurance for the duration of their stay.
